do you deliver or ship?

kate's pops is pickup only! we are experimenting with shipping and delivery and hope to have that option available soon.

do cake pops need to be refrigerated?

they do not! cake pops can remain at room temperature for up to a week or up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. please note: refrigeration may create condensation once removed from the fridge that may impact the design of the products.

do you cater to intolerances or allergies?

all products are prepared, baked, and packaged in a home kitchen where common allergens are present. although best practices for cross contamination are used, we cannot guarantee products will be free from potential allergens.
